Ati Catalyst Install Manager
Hello, do i need ati catalyst for my windows 7 and internet to work properly? I constantly have a box come up saying the catalyst control host application has stopped working and some internet games dont work properly. I also cant change my desktop theme now and I dont know if that has anything to do with it.

This is a single family pc that mostly gets used for internet gaming by my mother. In my device manager it shows AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 as my display adapter. If u have problems with AMD Sabine and Dual Graphics or after install new CCC at the end of installation shows up some 'WARNINGS?' Then try my way to solve this: After reistall Windows 7 on my laptop K53TK I started install software in order: 1) Chipset driver (INF update) 2) ATKACPI driver -this is important part!: because AMD Chipset install double C 2010 x86 and x64 and AMD Catalyst Install Manager (SUCKS!!!) which (i think) takes conflicts when u install CCC 12.4 or 12.06 beta so i decided to unistall double visual c and AMD Catalyst Install Manager (reboot) and then use some driver sweeper and unistall AMD Display completly.
What exactly is ati catalyst install manager used for on my laptop computer? Youtube video manager. I have been trying to uninstall programs i dont use, due to slow running, but not sure if.
